OKay so today was the courtcase. My dad ended up showing up with no attorney, which was a bad move. It made it even worse that he requested one and then showed up with none. He's got some nerver. Anyway both my sister and myself had to testify and get up in front of a small court and speak. I was asked all sorts of questions like "has you father ever hit you" the answer is "yes he has". Also, I was asked about the one memory I have about my father hitting my mother. Yeah, that was kind of horrible. Then, he questioned me in his defense. His questions were so bizarre off topic and made no sense. Many times my mothers prosecutor objected and the judge told him to question me and not make statements. In the end we won and got our restraining order done up permanently. My mother was sooo happy that this is all finally coming to an end. Now all there is to do is tie up the loose ends. If you ask me, I say we take the bastard for what he's got and make him pay for my college so that my mother doesn't struggle like she has to. It's not fair to her. Alright I'm gonna go, Brian is ]^GQing for me.
