Okay so on a lower note, I had to go to the courthouse today with my mom. This whole thing with my dad has totally gotten out of hand. Sunday he came to see Nicole and saw my stuff here, so asked where I was. My mom told him I was at Brian's, and he was quick to ask "what she slept there? what's that shit all about?" My mom had to tell him I had left early and that I didn't want any part of him, so to stay out of my life and away. He went absolutely livid at her words and turned crazy. My mom said he was yelling and fighting and she told him to get out of the house and he refused. So she called the cops on him, too bad he hopped in the car and drove away. By the way the car is probably not his and has no liscense plate and is beige. He's such a moron. So today we went there to get restraining orders. We'll have to go again and have a court case arranged, my mom will probably have to fight for custody over Nicole. If you ask me it won't be a fight, she'll win by a landslide. The problem is, he might demand for visiting hours. So in light of that, we'll have to ask that they be supervised and he can't take her far away. We don't know yet if I have to get a seperate restraining order against him. The principle at Nicole's school was given the papers and told my mom that everything would be taken care of and he'd oversee that he doesn't show up at the school trying to take Nicole. At least it's all finally happening, this is the beginning toward pushing him out of our lives.
